🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

At Rooted & Reckless Apparel, every order is handled with intention. Many of our pieces are made-to-order or shipped from trusted fulfillment partners, which means shipping times may vary slightly depending on the item.

⏳ PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 2–7 business days for made-to-order (print-on-demand) items

  • 1–5 business days for select supplier items

Processing times may increase during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales.

📦 SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times after processing:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

📬 ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

📦 MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times.

This is completely normal.

🚚 SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

Once your package has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

📍 INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Reshipping may require an additional fee

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Rooted & Reckless Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

⏳ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be modified.

🖤 FINAL NOTE

We don’t do mass production—we do intentional drops. That means a little patience goes into every order, and we promise it’s worth it.
