📦 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rooted & Reckless Apparel, every piece is made or fulfilled with intention. Because we work with trusted partners like print-on-demand and third-party suppliers, many of our items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, our return policy is different from traditional retail.


🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Buyer’s remorse

Each item is made-to-order or shipped from a fulfillment partner, so we are unable to restock returned items.

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


✅ DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or

  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available


📦 THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT (PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS)

Items fulfilled through print-on-demand partners are made specifically for you. Because of this, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


👗 TRENDSI ITEMS (SELECT APPAREL)

Certain items fulfilled through Trendsi suppliers may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Return is approved by us before being sent back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


⏳ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly.

  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order

  • After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations


🚚 SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Once your order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered”

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


💳 REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

If a refund is approved, it will be issued:

  • To your original payment method

  • Within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
